What is exposure therapy?
You may have heard of exposure therapy. What sets me apart from other exposure therapists is my commitment to practicing self compassion with my clients in order to make treatment sustainable. Learn more about my style and one of the popular modalities I offer as one of my services.
Compassionate Exposure Therapy
$225 for 50 minute session
First, let’s define exposure therapy.
Exposure therapy is modality in which you create a list of your fears and then with the support of your therapist you begin to tackle these fears one by one. This is the golden standard for treating OCD but can also work very well with social anxiety, generalized anxiety or anyone who needs support in facing fears that are getting in the way of living a more fulfilled life.

I have branded myself as a compassionate exposure therapist because I realized that this is the missing ingredient to making the treatment sustainable. I combine exposure therapy with loving kindness and practice compassion throughout the process. In addition, I spend a good amount of time supporting my clients building their mindfulness and meditation skills so they can more freely spend time on the present moment.
Because exposure therapy is learned by doing, we will design different tasks to reach your goals and do the work together in person, online, at home, or in the community.
Individual or Family Therapy
$200 for 50 Minute session
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I use different modalities to weave a unique combination of therapy for you. Some of these modalities include Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, CBT, mindfulness & meditation, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing. I also believe in a holistic approach and will take care to integrate subtle yet powerful ways to support you in living your best energetic life.
Meditation & Flow
In our fast paced world, sometimes we forget to make time for integration. Flow is just as important as work and if not even more important in contributing to your overall health and sense of well being. This is one of the many ways to start a mindfulness practice.

Our brains are very good at pattern recognition and problem solving. Sometimes, almost too good! We spend hours and hours focusing on what’s wrong. Meditation or finding flow in your day is an opportunity to shift that experience. Together we will practice methods to bring more peace and flow in your day. I will go over the basic concepts of meditation and guide a meditation specific to you and your unique experience. We are able to solve deep challenges simply by using the imagination just like you may have heard of someone solving a problem through their dreams. When we make more time for meditation and flow, things are more naturally able to move and work themselves out.

​Viví en Sudamérica por un año y medio. Es el lugar donde aprendí e inicie el aprendisaje del idioma Español y tambien trabajé con comunidades rurales e hice talleres sobre la salud.

Tambien e travajado con el Sistema de Justicia Juvenil en diferentes paises y durante mi experiencia, trabajé con familias indocumentadas y con padres que no hablan inglés (con el apoyo de un traductor).
Me gustaria seguir travajando con servicios para la communidad hispana. Ofreceré a las familias un servicio llamado “case management”.
