Exposure Therapy
$225 for 50 minute session
Let's begin by defining exposure therapy. This approach entails identifying your fears and, with the guidance of your therapist, gradually facing them. It is effective for addressing OCD, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety.
As exposure is learned through action, we will work together to reach your goals whether in-person, online, at home, or within the community.
I combine exposure therapy with loving kindness, encouraging clients to cultivate a self-compassion practice throughout the process. A key question often pose is, "What new learning is taking place?" It’s possible to make peace with your fears and decide what you wish to learn any experience.
Individual Therapy
$225 for 50 Minute session
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. I employ various modalities to create a personalized therapeutic experience tailored to your needs. I embrace a holistic approach, ensuring to incorporate gentle yet effective methods to help you live your most vibrant life.
Some methods may include Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and meditation, inner child work, and practicing loving kindness and self compassion.


Family Therapy
Navigating adulthood and family life can be challenging, and nobody has it all figured out. I believe that to achieve sustainable lasting changes, it's essential to apply what clients learn during sessions within their family dynamics.
This approach is an excellent choice for families seeking to enhance communication at home, find ways to collaborate effectively, or create a more peaceful living environment.

By tapping into our imagination, we can address deep challenges, much like how some people solutions in their dreams. When we prioritize meditation and flow, we things to progress and resolve more naturally.
