$225 for 50 Minute session

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. I employ various modalities to create a personalized therapeutic experience tailored to your needs.  I embrace a holistic approach, ensuring to incorporate gentle yet effective methods to help you live your most vibrant life.

 

Some methods may include Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and meditation, inner child work, and practicing loving kindness and self compassion.

Together, we will explore techniques to cultivate more peace and in your day.  I will introduce you to the fundamentals of meditation and guide you through a personalized meditation tailored to your unique experience and needs.  By tapping into our imagination, we can address deep challenges, much like how some people solutions in their dreams.  When we prioritize meditation and flow, we things to progress and resolve more naturally.
